Ballbusted by cousin

I was arguing with my cousin. We get along great but sometimes we get on each others nerves. I was an all state wrestler in high school, so I know how to fight pretty well. I had taken her down, pinning her to the ground and grinding my knuckles into her ribs, making her laugh but at same time hurting her (basically torture). I finally let her up and I thought she was going to leave the room. As I glanced at the television I saw her move towards me out of the corner of my eye. She kicked me right in the groin. She was wearing white tank leotard and normal  tennis shoes.

I felt the toe hit more in my butt area so that she really didn't hit me flush in the balls. I was really shocked more than hurt. When she realized that she hadn't really hurt me she kicked me again. I saw this one coming and tried to move but probably only ended up making it worse. This time her toe landed squarely into my left testicle. I immediately doubled over and spun away from her to protect myself. I was down on all fours and beginning to feel nauseous. I didn't know whether to get up and run to the bathroom to puke or to turn around and get back at her. Just then I heard the swooshing noise of her knocks and felt what seemed like a car hitting me. Apparently she had got a running start and just absolutely punted me in the balls. The impact sent me sprawling onto my face. At this point I couldn't even move, roll over or even grab myself, I basically felt like wanting to go to sleep. My left nut was sore for a couple of days. My cousin thought the whole incident was funny and said that that was for all the knuckle rubs I gave her. 
 

Now when we argue she always threatens me with various violent acts towards my groin area, but luckily she hasn't felt compelled to do anything since. That was the first and hopefully last time I've ever been racked, it's extremely painful and incapacitating.
